By continuing to access or use the GrabMedin platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
GrabMedin connects individuals to registered clinical providers. All physicians providing services on our portal are verified General Practitioners (GPs), Specialty Registrars, or Allied Healthcare Professionals registered with either the General Medical Council (GMC) or the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Remote interactions rely on your truthful digital disclosures and observable optical data. Physical palpation, urgent auscultation, and immediate bedside labs are not attainable through digital video streams.
Clinicians reserve absolute unilateral autonomy to decline medication issuance, request secondary in-person referral, or terminate consultations if conditions demand direct physical intervention.
Access to our platform does not replace an established ongoing relationship with your National Health Service (NHS) Primary Care Provider or local clinical clinic. We urge users to keep their primary GP updated with any records generated on our portal.
To book clinical reviews, receive automated treatment plans, or track prescription regimens, you must establish an authenticated account.
Identity Accuracy: You agree that all details submitted (including Legal Name, NHS Number if applicable, Date of Birth, Biological Sex, and Pre-existing Conditions) are accurate, current, and genuine.
Prohibition of Shared Profiles: In clinical environments, shared profiles jeopardize patient safety and cross- contaminate electronic health records (EHR). Any attempt to book for another individual without an official Power of Attorney or verified pediatric authorization will cause account revocation.
Security Protocols:You are responsible for preserving multi-factor authentication (MFA) tokens and guarding credentials. Any suspected portal compromise must be signaled immediately to grabmedin@gmail.com
Video and asynchronous messaging consultations are conducted via WebRTC encrypted pipelines in alignment with Caldicott Principles and the Data Protection Act 2018 (GDPR).
During any scheduled telehealth session, you must occupy a quiet, well-lit, private location to safeguard your confidentiality and provide the physician with unhindered audio-visual assessment capabilities. Recording, screencasting, or distributing recordings of consultations without explicit written consent from the clinical practitioner is strictly forbidden.
Prescriptions issued through clinic.grammarin.co.uk are handled strictly in accordance with General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) standards and dispensed via licensed digital partner pharmacies.
Our licensed clinicians will not issue prescriptions for Schedule 1, 2, or 3 Controlled Drugs (including high-potency opioids, selected benzodiazepines, amphetamine derivatives, or barbiturates) via digital triage consultations.
All prescribed medications are for personal therapeutic consumption only. Unauthorized redistribution, resale, or chemical adulteration is illegal and reported directly to local law enforcement.
Consultation charges, laboratory testing packages, and medication costs are clearly enumerated prior to payment execution. All electronic card authorizations are processed via PCI-DSS Level 1 encrypted payment hubs.
Bookings cancelled more than 24 hours prior to clinical time slots receive an automated full reimbursement to original payment tenders.
Cancellations within 4 hours or failures to attend virtual clinical waiting rooms incur a 50% reservation retention charge to compensate clinical staff.
The GrabMedin brand identity, diagnostic routing algorithms, graphical motifs, visual designs, interactive UI architectures, and proprietary software engines hosted at clinic.grammarin.co.uk remain the exclusive intellectual property of GrabMedin Health Technologies Ltd.
Users receive a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access medical portals solely for personal healthcare logistics. Reverse engineering, robotic data scraping, or framing any portion of our infrastructure is strictly prohibited.
GrabMedin shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential losses, interruptions arising from telecom outages, or data distortions brought on by user omissions. Nothing within these provisions seeks to limit or exclude liability for clinical negligence causing personal injury or death, or any liability incapable of limitation under the laws of England and Wales.
We reserve the prerogative to suspend or terminate portal access immediately without notice if an individual acts abusively towards clinical personnel, attempts systematic prescription diversion, or willfully provides fraudulent personal data.
